사업 제안서 작성·신청, 공동 organizer 섭외

참가자 및 프로그램 구성 등 기술교류회 운영

결과보고서 제출

기술교류회 개최 후 참가자 중심으로 커뮤니티 또는 분야별 Club 결성 등을 통해 지속적인 네트워크 교류

기술교류회 참여 관련 경비 일체(등록비 없음)

- (국내) 초청연사 사례비, 숙박비, 식비 등

- (해외) 오거나이저 및 초청 연사 왕복항공료*, 사례비, 숙박비, 식비 등

* 해외 초청연사(해외 오거나이저 포함) 중 석학급에 해당하는 경우 비즈니스석 지급(최대 4명), 그 외 이코노미석 지급

Proposal developed and applied by 2 ‘Organizers’ (one from Korean scientists, and the other from foreign or overseas Korean scientists)

* ‘Organizer’ is an outstanding S&T expert from home and abroad who can organize and preside over technology

exchange meetings with expertise of years of R&D in the field.

Develop & apply for a proposal and contact liaison with potential co-Organizer

Manage X-Lab Day by developing a program, organizing participants, etc.

Submit an outcome report

After a X-Lab Day is held, organize communities or clubs by each area for participants to promote continuous networking among them

The whole expenses incurred during the stay for the purpose of participating in X-Lab Day (No registration fee)

- (Domestic participants) speakers honorarium, expenses incurred for accommodation, dining, etc.

- (Overseas participants) organizers & speakers round-trip airfare*, honorarium, expenses incurred for accommodation, dining, etc.

* Business class for organizers & erudite scholars, Economy class for early career scientists
